Hey guys, how is everybody? It's a snow storm for me right now.  I can't believe how quickly the first month of the year went by! I know that I used to post pictures daily for some time, and now I don't post anything nearly that often (maybe one a week). I plan to change that and get to posting things more often. I'll squeeze something in every other day or something like that either at the end of the day or the start of the morning. The days I'm not posting something, I'll work towards creating something. I would like to get better at painting with my wacom bamboo tablet so I will focus on that. I also would like to get around to punching out some stories once again. It really is good practice when it comes to writing in general, which is why I do them. Unfortunately my stories never end up being "short stories" and I personally don't like writing and posting it in bits, so they can take a while. That being said I'd like to complete one, it's a personal goal, of once every  1-2 months. 

Well 2013 is drawing to a close. Not much longer and it will be new years eve. Things are going well for me so far at my new job and for my online classes. Between everything I have little time in between to do anything really unfortunately. During the holiday break I have none of that though! I've so far have been taking it easy and not doing much at all (besides eat a lot), But I do plan on getting in some "therapy" writing and painting done. And with any luck if it snows nice, some photography of the fresh snow in the woods. That being said I will try to get back to regularly posting things here on DA since I really do have a lot of pictures to post...just have to go through them all. With any hope I can make and stick to a schedule, a daily routine and keep to it so I can get to everything I'd like to everyday. 

Hey guys and girls. How have you all been? I haven't been on DA for a bit now, and probably wont be all that often in the near future unfortunately. So I may not be posting too much stuff for everyone. Right now (seemingly becoming the norm) I have a huge DA inbox of things that I should get to and view/delete. Currently my life has been very busy; I've started online classes which is time consuming, in addition I have been working a lot at my job. Trying to move my way up in the world I guess. Anyways I don't have much time to just relax, read/write/draw, post pictures, watch Television, play video games, workout, and so on. Just very little "me time" and even less of a social life. Sometimes I feel like I'm an adult but with none of the perks of being an adult, which sucks given the fact that I am an adult. I'll try to organize my time so I can get everything I need to do and want to do done and still have enough time for a good nights sleep (which can be a issue if it happens all the time, sleep deprivation kinda sucks).  That way I can still be a active online and in real life, fingers crossed. Anyways that's whats up with me.

Sorry about the hiatus here. It has been a while. I wasn't planning to being away from DA for this long. Just haven't been doing anything online here all that much. Oh well, hopefully that will change soon and I'll be back to my regular updates. Anyways I do have an update, I purchased myself a Wacom Bamboo Create Tablet. My first ever tablet and I've so far haven't used it much, it's a different experience and it will take a little to get used to. (I admit; I hope I picked the correct model, because I could have gotten a smaller and cheaper tablet and thus saved some good money. Here's hoping all works out nicely.) And to help multitask, I bought Dragon Speak (you talk to the computer and it types for you). I have yet to install it yet, but hopefully it proves to be helpful rather than a waste of effort/money when I can just type it for real (like right now). So luckily you guys will be seeing drawings and writings from me, in addition to the usual photographs.

Hi everybody, I've got question. I am looking into getting a new computer. I like the portability I have with my laptop so I can work anywhere, so I think I'm leaning towards another laptop; even though I like the option to easily/cheaply upgrade the computer like you can with many desktops. I want something with some power to it so I wont have any issues multitasking, Photoshop, 3D Studio Max, etc. etc. you name it. If its powerful enough to be a gaming platform, then it should be powerful enough to handle those applications and programs with out any issues. However I am unsure what to get. I know to get that kind of performance I will have to buy a more expensive model with a Intel i7 processor or something comparable, thus I cannot buy one of the cheap $300 computers. At the same time I don't want to break the bank and spend a thousand plus dollars (since a really nice, really powerful computer can be upwards and over two thousand dollars). Does anyone have any suggestions and/or advice on what I should (or shouldn't) get? Hewlett Packard (HP)? Dell? Mac? Alien Ware (which is owned by Dell)? Some other brand? Perhaps some tips on what to look for? Thanks.
