Description
This is a 1947-1949 Chevrolet 'Advance Design' Truck. I am saying that because of the little features that seem constant to it: such as in late 49 they stopped using the 'Thrift Master' or 'Load Master' emblems (switched over to 3100, 3600, 3800), there are no door window vents (added in 51), and the grill is constant with the year model (54 and 55 models had a different grill style and a solid one piece windshield).
Paint looked fairly new, as if it just finished a short restoration, and over looked great at a first glance. But you'll only know if it's as good as it looks till you drive/buy it. Somebody already found that out as this truck is no longer for sale and I haven't seen it since.
Either way I thought it was was pretty nice. Enjoy everybody! Comments always welcome and a preemptive thanks for all who fave.
